Dear Divyansh, MCC has given a list of centres from where you can get your PWD Certificate. And it is important to get your Certificate from one of these centres only.

No. You have to get your certificate from these centres only.

That is useful for you to enter the exam hall. But for availing PWD reservatin=on, you only need to visit the Disability Assessment Centres.
