Hi there!

Well!! I guess this is a very common question which every medical aspirant wants to know or I must better say “must know about this”

To get government medical college..one needs to score 530+(for general candidates), though in some states like MP, Chhattisgarh etc , a score above 500 will fetch you a MBBS seat in government medical college. For SC/ST candidates a score of 480+ will be sufficient enough to get a decent medical college.

One must know about the rank vs marks distribution so that you can make plans accordingly to get your desired medical college..

Also you must know about your respective state cutoff marks. This year for MP the last candidate from general to get MBBS seat through state quota scored 491 marks.
