Well, mtg books are just fine for NEET Examination. Yes, they cover your whole NCERT and slight another topics might be seen. MCQs are from NCERT books and other study material it provides is enough for NEET. But only for biology. It has good content for Biology subject only. For other subjects you may prefer some other higher level books.
Its good to read this book for practice purpose, it provides huge material for your practice for any subject you want. So there will not be a lose reading mtg for any subject. It will clear your concepts throughout . Because you will find questions on each topic in the book. So, it covers the whole. But I would prefer to read another books parallely for getting deep concept knowledge.
Only mtg will stand you till 400+ marks, but gaining some extra stuff will lead you to 550+ and thats the score you might need.
