Hello friend.....actually resonance is a very standard material for preparation of any  ug engineering or medicine related entrance exam......the thing is they have a more concept based applicative questions....in evey subjects physics , chemistry , bio in case of medical entrance .......and as the name goes resonance ....they try to equalise ur knowledge with what presently needed is to keep up with the competitors......doing resonance material...could help u alot....but if aim to get in medicine on basis of resonance...then it needs sheer hardwork and dedication......and most importantly friend.....u need to know the things.....which is relevant to ur need.....and not everything....see its a very vast course and u cannot cover everything .....all u need to know is the relevant and needed things to learn for .......all the best .....
