Hello Aspirant,
MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) is the most sought medical course after 12th. If you want to take admission in MBBS course in any of the college in India or even abroad you have to appear for NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) and should clear that.
It is known that earlier NEET was mandatory only for admissions offered for MBBS in India but now MCI made it compulsory for even abroad also.
