How can get migration certificate without completing a course from WBUT? I'm doing MCA under this university, but I want to get admission other university. Please help

hi,
wbut is known as MAKAUT, wb ight now. as per their latest rules, migration certificate will not be issued until you complete your studies, so if you want to join any other university you need to search if you can take admission with last semester marks certificate or college leaving certificate issued by the head of the department of college. you may follow the below link to know about makaut, migration certificate criteria,
