How can i appliced my admission i finished 12th but my result did not came

You can fill the forms of entrance tests regardless. Just choose the option of "12th appearing" as your result is not out yet. The result is needed during the time of admission but not during the time of form filling and entrance exam. So, it wouldn't be a problem.
Also, do mention the exam or university you are looking the cut off for, because cut off for every exam and every college varies.
