How can i avail the benefit of 10 percent reservation(recently announced by govt) for economically weaker section in NEET 2019?

Well, its very unclear. However be sure such benefit wont be effected from this year. This reservation will probably come into effect from 2020 or 2021. So, I do not think 10 percent reservation will be provided in this year's NEET UG Entrance Examination or any other all India level Entrance Examination.
