The job of a pilot is to command an aircraft, which is a very lucrative profession. To become a pilot the first step is to get a Student Pilot License. After getting Private Pilot License and gaining some experience, one has to qualify for the Commercial Pilot License (CPL), which allows you to captain an aircraft with passengers. Eligibility for CPL is 10+2 with PCM. Entry-level salary could be around Rs.1.5 lakhs and the major recruiters in India are Spicejet, Indigo, Vistara, Air India etc.
