As you have got 80% marks in 12th you are good to go (You need a minimum of 50 per cent marks in math and physics in 10+2 system or its equivalent) -

Now

1) Choose between Commercial and Army

Please be clear what you want to become because they might look like similar but their selection process are poles apart.

2) Get your medical exams completed (Two tests conducted by DGCA - Class 2 and then Class 1)

3) After that you need to attend training schools to earn your Commercial Pilot License (CPL).

4) After this you need to go for Type Rating.

It is the training or mentoring you get beyond the rudimentary flying school training. This training certifies that you are eligible to fly a particular aircraft.

But

If you decide to become an army pilot then you need to enter the Indian Air Force.

The Indian Defense Force have one of the most rigorous, competitive and highly efficient recruitment processes.
