how can i cancel my seat alloted in second round of state councelling neet haryana which i have already joined?

Hi Surbhi,
If you wish to leave the seat that you had joined in haryana medical college through 2nd round of neet counselling then, you have to write an application regarding this to your college's dean and as soon as he/she accepts it then you have to submitt aroind 7.5 lakhs to the college athourities as a bond released by mci and haryana government.

Surbhi read rules for mop up round those who have joined in first or second round are not eligible for mop up round
