I applied for IIIT Hyderabad last week for admission through open category based on 12th Marks and JEE mains It was directly admission prior to counselling. my 12th Marks 97% . JEE mains 94.2 percentile. could you please let me know the possibility of admission.

Hello candidate,

For the students who get admission through government colleges on the basis of their JEE mains marks have mostly to participate in the josaa counselling process which is the official committee to provide admission choices into various National Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Information Technology, and several other government funded technical institutes all over the country based on the number of applications who have took part in the counselling process, preferential list of choices, and reservation policies of the state and Central Government.

The candidate has a chance to give the JEE mains examinations for two consecutive years followed by the year in which he has passed his class 12th Board examinations. Hope you found it helpful.
