This type of problem does not arise generally, but if it does arise, then it will be resolved only after you go to the reporting center.
Honestly speaking it is not going to be so easy but if you meet the teacher of the reporting center, they will be able to tell you the best solution.
Another more option is that you can report your problem in JOSSA and jee advance website.
