In order to get good marks in physics and chemistry in NEET make sure your basics should be clear. You should read NCERT books throughly.
You can also get direct questions from NCERT.
Exercises which are given at the end of the chapter are very important if you want you can also solve NCERT Exemplar.
Focus on the topics which carries more weightage in the exam. You can also solve MCQs related to it.
Refer previous year questions to understand the exam pattern and level of the questions.
Solve subject- wise mock test series for your practice and to analyse your preparation level at regular interval of time.
Work on your strength and weakness and try to learn from your mistakes.
