how can i get a job as fresher?

As a fresher, most of students think that it is very tough to get the job. But in real scenario, it is not that tough if one has the capability to get the job.

For getting hired in any of the good companies, the most required qualities are the thorough knowledge, good communication skills, good personality and a good sense of humor. No matter, to which field you belong, you need to have a deep knowledge of the subjects and field that you have studied. You should be able to express your views and face the interrogations of the HR. The more knowledge you will have, the more confident you will be.

While going for the interviews, get well dresses, as your first impression matters a lot. Be formal while talking, maintain formal gestures while you are in front of the interviewer. Be confident and honest while giving the answers to the questions of interviewer.

Please specify in which field you want job however if you want a general job then you can join some BPO and call centre which provide customer support. Requirement for these jobs are just a graduation and good communication skills. You could search for these jobs online and apply from there however due to coronavirus crisis recruiters are not recruiting for jobs.

As a fresher its quit quite difficult to find a job, you can either find a job through your campus placement or you can directly apply to the companies website for which you have been looking job.

Linkedin is one of the best platform to find a job and get in touch with executives and people at a higher and good post.

You need to have a proper Resume which contains every detail of your education, experience and certifications that you received. Keep applying in companies for which you have looking for and you will get one.
