How can I get a seat in Bangalore medical college if I am a resident of Uttar Pradesh.(what would be the min score of neet for the same)

For a residence of U.P., the candidate has to go through 15% All India Quota to get a college in other state (Karnataka). The last year's cut off for Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, formerly Bangalore Medical College was AIR 1127 and NEET marks 607 for UR category.
Year after year, the competition becomes tough so to get a seat this year for the same college, the min. marks should be 615(estimated marks).
