How can I get more than 90 percentage in neet which material can I use

Neet is not that tough,  and you can easily score well if you work hard and remain focused and regular to your studies.
Refer following books :-
Biology :- Ncert , Arihant previous 31 years neet question bank , Mtg ncert at your fingertips
Chemistry :- Ncert , ncert examplar,  ms chauhan,  arihant previous year questions bank.
Physics :- ncert , ncert examplar,  HC verma (not compulsory as it is way higher level for neet , but if you can do then it's awesome ), DISHA publications physics for neet , arihant previous year questions chapterwise book.

You can score more than 90% by studying hard with your smartness.  You should first complete your ncert syllabus and follow some extra books side by side. You can prefer any coaching centre online or offline test series for neet.

You can also prefer mtg books of all required subject with name ncert on fingerpoint.

Study for one year to make your career in the profeession you want.

And there are many students who score even 99%.

Give your efforts you will surely get your aim.
