Uttar Pradesh Council of Educational Research and Training (UPCERT) provides the result of NTSE UP in form of merit list of selected candidates. But authority doesn't provide the result for unqualified candidates. you can ask from exam regulatory authority of UP if they can provide such link. Meanwhile, you can check the merit list as released by authority, by following the link given below:

The merit list has the names, marks and ranks of only the qualified candidates. So if yiu have concerns regarding your result and you need to cross verify your NTSE results, you need to reach out to Uttar Pradesh's exam conducting authorities and not NCERT.
