how can I manage time for part time job that is of data entry during my B.DeS in fashion design ?

Time management is a skill that can lead you on a track that can make you succeed. It is a skill that will be learned with time.
You can choose a slot that is available for you, i.e. you can go to college in the morning and then work in the evening.
Also if you need some evening time free, then you can work alternate days, or only on Saturdays and Sundays.
