How can I prepare for aisted to get 1st rank in it in the last category?

I have searched for an exam AISTED as you have have mentioned in the question, but failed to find any results.
The results I got are as given below:

AISECT University Entrance Examination

AIEED (All India Entrance Examination for Design)
-
All India Council For Technical Skill Development ( AICTSD ) : Aryabhatta National Maths Competition
