How can I study Bsc in IIT . If I can, in which subjects ?

The IITs offer BSc degree in limited manner. The different IITs offer different subject and the number of IITs offering BSc is also less.
Like IIT Kanpur offer's BSc in physics , so be specific about your subject you want to pursue then only you'll be able to get that specific information.
