Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology (GIET) offers Bachelor of Technology under 10 different specializations. All of the courses are of a duration period of four years. The institute also offers B.Tech degree under lateral entry which is of three years.

For admission into 1st year B.Tech programme a student must have 45% (Aggregate) in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry /Biology /Biotechnology /Computer Science and has to appear Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) conducted by CBSE and clear the cut off as per category.

In order to be considered for admission in GIET, Gunupur, one has to send a State Bank of India A/C payee demand draft for Rs. 500/- in favour of -GIET, Gunupur, towards the cost of prospectus and application form.
