Hi,
Due to covid -19 as there is problem in getting certificate within specified time the jee advance has made the following provision.
Those who are not able to get certificate can upload declaration about delay in certificate in the format mentioned on jee advance official website. Than you can upload the original certificate at the time of seat allocation.
So If you have uploaded declaration (Declaration in Lieu of GEN-EWS Certificate) as you not have certificate available at the time of registration.
You can upload the valid certificate at the time of reporting after seat allocation.
