How can one change their name and DOB in tenth documents ?

First of all I must say Aradhna ,such type of problems usually shouldnt occur and the procedure for it to change is difficult . Now there are certain deadlines attached to changing of name and Date of birth it should before two years of passing of tenth , you have to go back the official site of CBSE and download the form , after that there are number of formalities that are to be completed then all you have to do it pay the fee for changing of your credentials .
