Only 70% of seat available for state quota and 30% of seat available for AIQ quota. The surrender to state quota of the best seats by mcc happens to the respective colleges. It is not distributed regionwise but inky state merit wise 30% And if any seat is left vacant of ph, it is converted to respective category seat .Also the surrendered seats would be shown in mcc state and Maharashtra neet site dmer.
