how do I get into bms it for btech cs

if you have already taken admission in any stream then you can't change your branch and degree. You can't pursue two degree at the same time. if you think about leaving BTech and join for BMS then

1. 1st thing you will waste one year.
2. 2nd you need good score in NEET to satisfy cutoff. if you want to appear NEET then you have to prepare for it. it is not easy which can be done in 1 month or a day. it taked months- years time to learn, understand and remember which increases accuracy and performance
3. 3rd:- you need to get good college for admission.  you may get college option which you may not find good or suitable one. in that case you will lose BTech option too.
4. Along with it , time and money waste is additional.

if you are preparing for both of them them then focus on the stream in which you have more interest.  for current year, both JEE mains and NEET is pending which will be conducted in september month.

before you take any step, think about positive side and prepare for negative side too.  it will be good if you get as per your plan but what you will do if it not goes. how you will tackle with it. prepare accordingly.

So we are not clear regarding your query but if are asking that you can do BMS course along with b.tech so, it is possible but it will be difficult to manage. You can't take admission into regular colleges for both but you can do one course from distance and other from regular but not at the same time.
