hi! most universities put up list of vacant seats for both mbbs and bds.so it would be helpful if you stay updated with the sites of the concerned authorities.
as for the applications, in some colleges, only those candidates are eligible for stray rounds who have participated in previous rounds of councelling, but some colleges might open new windows for registration for the stray rounds.
