Hello,
You simply need to fill an affadavit(it will be available on last page of josaa annexure)so as to retain seat and enter CSAB.
You can keep float option,till last round and finally the college which you will be getting in last round will be alloted unless you appear for CSAB.Float is the best option as per me.
