Here are the steps to track offline filed RTI.

Here are the steps to track offline filed RTI.
- If you have filed RTI to Public Information Officer ,then you can wait for 30 days as 30 days is allotted time period to the officer to respond to your application.
- After 30 days if you PIO haven't responded then you can you can file aFirst Appeal with the First Appellate Authorityfor"deemed denial"of information.
- If you have filed online RTI,then you can track it with these simple steps.
- Visit RTI official website. https://rtionline.gov.in/request/status.php
- Fill the details of registration number,emai ID
- Click on Submit option . You will receive you RTI status.
