Hi
10 % of the seats from general category will be reserved for economically weeker section students.
So if the college has 100 unreserved seats ( general category ), of this 100; 10 seats will be reserved.
Eligibility to avail this reservation
1. Should be from general category.
2. family income should be less than 8 lacks per annum
3. should posses less than 5 acres of agricultural land.
Certificate
Income certificate can be attached . Income certificate has to be issued from revenue officer.

As EWS bill is passed by the government in the febraury month as JEE first phase of exam as already been conducted in the month of january so the bill is already passed in february but it will definetly not going to to be applicable for JEE in this year .so, youi better try in next year .
