the candidate who will cross the cutoff of JEE main exam will be eligible to give JEE Advance exam.

this year ,according to experts ,the cutoff of JEE main will be 98 percentile aproximately.

Candidates who pass the JEE Mains cutoff will qualify for JEE Advance. And will become eligible to give JEE Advanced level exam. As per our experts, candidates having 85 percentile or more will qualify for JEE Advance 2019 exam. Well this is the predicted range and may vary. The candidates who will qualify JEE Advance exam will be eligible to apply for admission in the 23 IITs as well as other institutes that offer admission to candidates on the basis of their rank.

this years jee advanced conducted by IIT roorkee will be for the candidates who have qualified in any of the two jee mains paper held earlier this year. if you have qualified jee mains you can give advanced.feel free to ask any doubts.
