How good is doon business school for MBA or PGDm?

I would suggest you to pursue PGDM rather than MBA since PGDM course is more industry based and the placement for this course is also better as compared to MBA.

I am currently pursuing MBA from Doon Business School and the course is really nice and far better than any other colleges. The fee is affordable and also the course is designed and planned in such a way that every student gets the opportunity to learn in the field that they choose.

The library of this college is huge and beautifully build. The campus has all the facilities.

Hostel facility both inside and outside the college campus is offered to the students.

The PGDM students are also given opportunity to organize and take part in various events in the college.

The area where Doon Business School is built is called Selaqui. This part of Dehradun has many factories and industries. The college takes it's students on various industrial visits that gives a lot of exposure to the PGDM students.

Also the college offers foreign tours to the PGDM students that helps them get knowledge about foreign trade practices.

The college also organizes various events in the college every week. This helps students to build various skills.

The campus of Doon Business School is also very beautiful. This makes the campus life of this college really nice.

DBS is in Selaqui area of Dehradun which is an industrial area. This open up a lot of scope for students specially for those students who are looking to pursue MBA from here. Many of the assignments that are given to us are very much based on the practical approach. This will help you build new skills. There are many seminars which takes place in college. This helps students to learn about different companies and the work environment about the company. Another good thing about Doon Business School is the weekly activities that are organized for the college every week. This is something unique about this college. These activities helps students build communication and other skills. The annual events are also very nice.

The number of institutes offering the MBA course is overwhelming. However, not all of them can boast about quality. I have read many articles of students about their experience in doon business school and according to them this school is neither good for MBA nor PGDm. Its packages are as low as 10k/month for MBA students . The faculty is worst.
