There's nothing called spot admission in IITs. The one who gets the good rank, will get into IIT.

No sir , it is clearly mentioned that the 4th round of jam admission cancelled and that will be done as spot admission by the participating IITs on their own formalities.

So, the admission process is like, the person who goes to institute will get the admission. They will be taking the admission till they reach their seat limits. The dates are not yet announced due COVID-19. So, keep checking for the updates.
