How I cover important technical subjects so that I will get benefits of this?

To prepare for GATE, you will have first focus on theory to clear your concepts and build your foundation strong.
Divide your subject syllabus into three parts:
Topics you know - The one's you need to revise thoroughly so that you don't have to revise them again.
Topics you know but not confident about - You have to start with their theory part first and you have to prepare them this time because its will be better if you try and complete your syllabus as early as possible. This will give you ample time for revision. Try not procastinating.
Topics you don't know at all - In this case you will anyway start from the scratch, therefore, theory first and then problems.
