The job of a CA is mainly concerned with the management of finances, taxation, and auditing. However, the work of a CS is concerned with corporate laws and corporate governance. A CA is eligible to apply for jobs related to auditing, accounting, taxation, consultancy whereas a CS is eligible to apply for jobs as legal experts, strategic managers, corporate planners, executive secretary, and chief advisor.
