No university is bad. It all depends upon the students studying there. However, Kalinga University provides all the facilities to the candidates be it infrastructural or educational. So, Kalinga University is good.

KIIT college is quite good college for pursuing law.The faculty and infrastructure is good but it all depends upon your hard work as college can only provide you knowledge but it's upto you how you grasp that knowledge so if you can do it then it's worth joining.i hope this information helps you.
