Hello Adrita,
The faculty is good. Most of them are Phd or M.tech. from IIT/NITs.
Most of the faculty teaches with the help of sildes and other teaching styles involves dictation where the faculty is going to teach you from their personal notes. They will dictate you the important points. You have to listen it properly and note it down on your own.
They will provide you with notes and powerpoint slides for exam preparation.
