You didn't ask your question clearly. But anyways what I am under I am answering you on that basis. You need to have at least 570+ marks to be on safer side to get admission in any good government medical college if you belong from general category. While if you want to get admission in bhms and bams try to get marks above 500 or 450+ to get admission

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a National level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for giving admissions to MBBS, BDS, & Ayush courses offered by all Indian Medical colleges.
The candidate must have passed 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects with minimum 50% marks (45% marks for PH and 40% for reserved category) and you must have minimum 17 years of age.
For admission to a government medical college through NEET, you are required to score at least 600+ marks.
