Hi radha, the marks that you need to get to get a government college solely depends on which state you belong from. Every state has different cutoffs for MBBS seats in state quota and all india quota. For example in UP, you have to get atleast, 469 marks to get a college. Whereas for Bihar nothing below 550 can get you any college. So please tell me your state and I could guide you accurately.

As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam so if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then to be on safer side you should score above 520 marks and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then you should score above 560 marks to secure a seat in government medical College.i Hope this information helps you.

The accurate cutoff marks we can't predict because the competition will vary from year to year so that I can say safest marks for your category is above 475 marks it may vary also
