It depends. From bihar board you need to have either 75% in boards or be in top 20 percentile. Now, cutoff for top 20 percentile depends only on how the tough board exam was. Because its impossible to predict before hand how the exam will be. Some time papers are very easy at the next year it becomes so tough etcc.
For en example- In 2017, the 12 exam for bihar board was very tough and around 35% only had passed. On that year top 20 percentile for main was 313 marks out of 500.
So, don't worry about marks just focus on how to maximize the score both in boards as well as in main and advanced
