if your really interested in marine engineering then you should go for IMU CET exam instead of JEE.Because JEE is do nothing with marine engineering.
IMU CET-Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET 2018) is an all India online common entrance tests managed by the Indian Maritime University. IMU CET is conducted to get admission into undergraduate & postgraduate courses in the area of marine.

Except for the IIT's,every university has its own cutoff marks and ranks for marine engineering.
Also,there is a separate exam called IMUCET which takes place and is considered by many universities to give admission to seats of marine engineering.
So,basically if you want to know the cutoff of marine engineering,you need to specify which college are you looking for.
