Based on previous year's cutoff, you will have to score a minimum around 430-440 marks to get an MBBS seat through state local quota. This may be higher if you want better colleges and will also depend on your local area. The minimum cutoff score was 419 for SC category at Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Chittoor District in 2019. But this can change. So to be on a safer side, you should score atleast 480-490, then you have much better chances of getting an MBBS seat.
