To get a seat in Aeronautical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering in prestigious IITs/NITs/IIITs you need to secure a merit rank.You need to qualify JEE mains as well as JEE Advanced.As you belong to general category you need to score a decent rank.Considering 2019 seat allotment general candidates with ranks below 5000 could fetch seats in Aerospace engineering. So your rank should be below 5000 to be on safe side to increase the chance of getting a seat in Aerospace Engineering.For that you need to work very hard and give your best.
