Muje Gujrat me government mbbs college me admission ke liye neet me kam se kam kitne marks lane padege
Hi my neet marks as 346 Kay mera MBBS me admition hojayegaa?
Hi Rushang!
There are 6 six government colleges as follows:
- BJ Medical College, AHMEDABAD
- Govt. Medical College, SURAT
- Govt. Medical College, BHAVNAGAR
- Govt. Medical College, BARODA
- MP Shah Medical College, JAMNAGAR
- Pt.D.D.U. Medical College, RAJKOT
For any government college, you should aim for NEET score atleast above 560 to get into the state quota.
More than worrying about marks, you should focus on the preparation.
Some tips for preparation are:
- BOOKS: Please follow the link:

- PAPERS: When you practice these papers, solve them in a mock exam format and analyse your papers after that, outlining strengths and weaknesses. These questions are seldom repeated, their main purpose is to develop time management skills.

- STUDY MANAGEMENT:
1) Skills: Everybody shows a diversity of study skills and tactics. To know how you learn best, check out this site, http://vark-learn.com/ It contains a questionnaire that will tell you your learning preference and various strategies to strengthen it further.
2) Habits: You need to figure out which duration of the day you attain your peak concentration levels and do the most difficult topics during that time. Study the other topics during other timings. Also, figure out which place is most ideal for you, clear of things you find distracting. 3) Planning: The old saying, "If you are failing to plan, then you're planning to fail" applies here as well. It saves a lot of time as you have an agenda of what you want to accomplish. Don't be disheartened if you are not able to complete one of the goals, no plan can be 100% perfect. I recommend, not to make rigid plans, keep it flexible
- MANAGING YOURSELF: Preparing for this exam is not an easy feat but it is a learning experience. You should also enjoy and keep yourself happy, otherwise a bitter attitude will take a toll on you late
I think..u should of the maxmium marks you can get..bcz geeting slected in mbbs is a big deal..but the clg you get admiited to will be bigger deal..i think there will be no point doing mbbs frm last colleges of state..as learn less than the ones in top colleges..
So my advice to you will atleast aim for 550 in neet..
Dear Rushang, there are a total of six Govenment Medical Colleges in Gujarat which you can apply to under 85% State Quota through NEET. There are BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad, Government Medical College, Baroda, MP Shah Medical College, Jamnagar, Government Medical College, Surat, PDU Medical College, Rajkot and Government Medical College, Bhavnagar. Assuming you are asking for the General/Open category, the last NEET Ranks, Gujarat State Ranks and NEET Cut Off marks out of 720 to secure admissions to MBBS courses in each Government College of Gujarat are as given here - For BJ Medical College: AIR 9396, State Rank 163, NEET Score 557; For Govt. Medical College Baroda: AIR 15,937, State Rank 275, NEET Score 531; For MP Shah Medical College, Jamnagar: AIR 36,624, State Rank 624, NEET Score 475; For Govt. Medical College, Surat: AIR 21,932, State Rank 380, NEET Score 512; For PDU Medical College, Rajkot: AIR 26,259, State Rank 464, NEET Score 500; For Govt. Medical College, Bhavnagar: AIR 37,147, State Rank 635, NEET Score 474. Therefore, going by NEET 2017 trends, a score of 475+ in NEET 2018 may be enough to secure you admissions to either MP Shah Medical College, Jamnagar or to Government Medical College, Bhavnagar under 85% State Quota. Hope this helps. All the best!
It's hard to predict any cutoff marks
So my advice to u will be study hard, prepare well..
There is nothing announced for NEET 2018 cut off but in last year the closing rank for general was 2335 so according to that 600+ marks would be required. So plan and prepare really hard so that you can get admission in your desired college.
Hope this helps!!!
