how many percentile in nit with 100 marks

Since you have not mentioned your category, I am considering you as a GENERAL Category student. Now, with the above mentioned marks in JEE mains, your overall percentile score in general category would be around 92.57 - 95.03. Now, this is a very low score for getting any good NIT for any branch in GENERAL category. This is because the required percentile in order to get NIT for general category is around 98-99+ percentile.
