For Physics, I would say 90% will be calculation based whereas 10-15% shall be theoretica knowledge based maybe from modern physics or units chapter.
Chemistry 50% will be calculation based taking organic chemistry as a part of theoritical apllied knowledge based.
The exact number of such questions cannot be said as it can vary every year.
But majority questions (about 95%) of Biology and Chemistry will be from the NCERT.
For Physics, clear your concepts from NCERT, and practice as many questions as you can.
Do a lot of previous year question papers, to know the pattern and approximate weightage of different kinds of questions.
