How many selections are done for GD PI and interview?

Once the XAT results are announced the selection process starts.

Stages of XAT Selection Procedure has 3 rounds:

Stage 1-  The first stage includes taking the Xavier Aptitude Test. Hence, to be eligible for the selection procedure, candidate must first take the exam and clear the same. In order to take the XAT, a candidate must have registered successfully within a given period. The management based entrance exam is conducted in an online mode divided into two parts: Paper 1 & Paper 2.

Stage 2-  While in the second round, candidates who take the exam will be shortlisted based on the cutoff announced by the participating institutes. Only those who meet the cutoff are further called for the XAT selection procedure. This stage may comprise:
GD
Personal Interview
Essay Writing

Stage 3-  In the last stage, participating institutes after conducting the GD and PI will finalise the list of candidates who are selected based on their performance in these rounds. Selected candidates are then offered admission to management programmes in participating institutes.

The final result will then be sent to selected candidates by post or on their registered email address.

So this sums up the entire selection process for XAT admissions.
