Hello,
If you're asking this question in reference to NEET which is going to be sole entrance exam for admission to MBBS Course from 2020 onwards, AIIMS and JIPMER will no longer conduct their entrance test, Eligibility Criteria for NEET is based on PCB aggregate only against each category, SC Candidates needs to have 40% in this case.
