How many wards of a IP could take the chance of getting seat for mbbs?
Answer (1)
Dear Tarun, MCC and ESIC guidelines do not specify any cap on the number of wards who can benefit from IP card. Say your brother/sister and you are appearing for NEET and you both qualify. And in the All India Pool, in the ESIC quota, both you and your sibling secure an admission, both of you can use the facility. Because you qualified in NEET and your economic status shouldnt stop you from becoming a Medical student. Based on the number of years your father/mother have been in service/cobtract with ESIC, you will be categorised into groups and you will be called for counselling accordingly.
