This college that you have in mind is a well-recognized university.

SOCET provides various courses and one of them is BE Mechanical which is probably one of the best quality courses here.

Faculty- the faculties for mechanical are highly experienced. They are mostly IITians or NITians that can serve as great mentors for your career.

Infrastructure- the infrastructure of this university is not that impressive, it just has the basic needs, nothing too great as the area is not much.

Placements- the placements for the mechanical branch are available but not much. Small scale companies come here to provide jobs so do not expect a huge package, just satisfactory.

Many co-curricular activities and events take place here and also, many celebrities come to SOCET for their film promotions.
